Welcome to first grade! I will be communicating with students and their families in a variety of ways. Our grade level likes to send out weekly newsletters. Each one of our teachers within the grade level takes turns sending these. When communicating with just our class, some families would prefer a phone call, others an email, some a text, and there are some who would like a note in their planner. I will try to meet this variety by using Class Messenger. Class Messenger is a messaging service that will allow me to communicate with everyone in all the digital ways. All you need to do is JOIN OUR CLASS! There are three ways that you can join my classroom. Look at the image below.
You now get to choose your preference of communication (email, text, or mobile app notifications). Your email or phone number is private and will be shared with no one else in the class. You can access Class Messenger from your desktop computer or mobile device.
